My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please submit a support ticket within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

⚠️ 8–14 Days After Purchase — Support Ticket & Possible Partial Refund

After the 7-day window, you may submit a support ticket for further review. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances of your request.
